Construction loans are our specialty at London Financial Company (LFC). We believe we are the only source of construction loans for small and midsize developers who are building luxury spec homes in South Florida. London Financial Company does it’s own review of your plans, analysis of your construction costs, makes suggestion and recommendations to lower your costs and improve your product, and does it’s own monthly inspections, all in-house. We strive to accomplish all of these things in a minimal amount of time, so that you can construct your buildings and build your business as quickly as possible.
Hard Money Lending
London Financial Company (LFC), for the past 10 years, has provided rapid underwriting, prompt closings, and hard money funding for individuals, companies, and trusts based solely on the value of your real estate. We work directly with individuals, mortgage brokers, banks, accountants, lawyers, and other professionals to custom-tailor a loan that is suitable for your situation. Our loans are predicated on our customers’ financial success. Our underwriting is based on your successful use of the funds we provide. We consider our customers as partners, not debtors. Their success is our success.
True Direct Lender
At London Financial Company (LFC), our private equity loans are primarily funded by our family and friends. LFC is a Florida licensed mortgage lender and mortgage servicer. We do not take deposits, nor is our lending regulated by the FDIC. Therefore, we can be more flexible in our underwriting than banks and other financial institutions. We are creative and entrepreneurial, in order to satisfy your financial needs since we are not burdened by the same regulations as banks and other financial institutions.
