At London Financial Company (LFC) our underwriting is flexible, individual, and tailored to your requirements.  We have no hard and fast rules to determine the terms of your loan.  Whether it be a construction or hard loan in Miami or anywhere in south florida, we pride ourselves on coming up with fair terms on a case-by-case basis, based on the Loan-to-Value (LTV), amount of risk, and other factors related to the loan.

Here is a list of some typical terms:

• $500,000-$12,000,000
• 9-12% interest only
• 1-2% origination fee
• 1-2 year term
• all loans considered except on primary residences
