I. Edward London, Co-Founder & Managing Member

After receiving an MBA from Columbia University, with a concentration in Monetary Economics and Banking, I. E. London embarked on a successful career in real estate. Over the last 40 years he has built, as a general contractor, everything from single-family homes, to subdivisions, to industrial parks, to a chemical plant.

Mr. London spent most of the 1990′s increasing the profitability of companies ranging in size from 600 to 3000 employees. He hired new CEO’s, established achievable business plans, and oversaw their progress. He served 5 years as president of a regional airline flying as US Air Express, and served as a member and then as Chairman of the State of Florida Investment Advisory board. The board is responsible for investing the retirement funds of state and public employees, and schoolteachers. At that time they had $60 billion under management.

More recently, in addition to continuing his real estate development activities, Mr. London has served as Vice Chairman of the State Oversight Board for the Miami-Dade County Public Schools. He also served as Vice Chairman of Citizens Property Insurance Company until 2005, and Chairman of the Finance and Investment committees.
